The Brodhead Jaycees are a dynamic, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to empowering young people aged 18 to 40 through community service and leadership development. As part of the Wisconsin Junior Chamber (JCI Wisconsin), they are affiliated with Junior Chamber International, a global network of young active citizens.

 The Brodhead Jaycees are known for organizing popular local events such as the Kids Fun Run and the annual Easter Egg Hunt, which brings families together and fosters a sense of community pride. Their efforts extend beyond these events, as they actively support various initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Brodhead, such as fundraising for a new splash pad and redevelopment of Jaycee Park.
